Macaronda Dynamic Cleaning Service Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all cleaning services provided by Macaronda Dynamic Cleaning Service. Please read this policy carefully before booking a service. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Service Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion to discuss your concerns.
2. Complaint Resolution
Upon receiving a valid complaint within the specified timeframe, we will assess the situation and may offer one of the following resolutions:

Re-cleaning: We may offer to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional cost. This option is contingent on the client allowing our team to return to the property to perform the re-cleaning.

Partial Refund: In certain cases, if re-cleaning is not a feasible solution, we may offer a partial refund, the amount to be determined based on the extent of the dissatisfaction and at the discretion of Macaronda Dynamic Cleaning Service.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

The client has notified Macaronda Dynamic Cleaning Service of the issue within 24 hours of service completion1.

The client has allowed Macaronda Dynamic Cleaning Service to attempt to resolve the issue through re-cleaning.

The dissatisfaction is due to verifiable deficiencies in the cleaning service provided, not due to subjective preferences.
4. Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

If the client fails to notify Macaronda Dynamic Cleaning Service of any issues within 24 hours of service completion.

If the client refuses to allow Macaronda Dynamic Cleaning Service to re-clean the areas of concern.

If the dissatisfaction arises from conditions that were pre-existing or beyond the scope of the agreed-upon cleaning service.

If the client cancels the service with less than 24 hours' notice.

If the client prevents the cleaning team to complete the service as expected.
5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule a cleaning service by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total quoted price.
6. Payment and Refund Process

Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days and issued via the original method of payment.
