Macaronda Dynamic Cleaning Services - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms of service between Macaronda Dynamic Cleaning Company Limited and our clients. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer a range of cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Rental property cleaning

• Office cleaning

• School cleaning

• Dental practice cleaning

• Retirement home cleaning

The specific services provided will be detailed in your individual service agreement or quotation.

2. Quotations and Bookings

• All quotations are valid for 5 working days from the date of issue.

• Bookings are confirmed upon acceptance of the quotation and receipt of any required deposit.

• We reserve the right to amend the initial quotation if the scope of work changes or if inaccurate information was provided during the initial assessment.

3. Access to Property

The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed-upon time. If we are unable to access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash, credit card, bank transfer.

 

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule a service with at least 48 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 40% of the total quoted price.

 

6. Service Guarantee and Complaint Resolution

• We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

• We will assess the situation and attempt to resolve the issue through re-cleaning or other appropriate means.

 

7. Liability

• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damages that are not a direct result of our cleaning services.

• Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the cleaning service.

 

8. Insurance

Macaronda Dynamic Cleaning Company Limited maintains public liability insurance to cover any damages caused by our negligence.

 

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our website.

 

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
